I returned for brunch and it was fantastic, as always! The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it!

Best “family style” meal at all! the chef creations were wonderful. wein couples exceptional. from olive and cheese to lamb and black hoof ham. desserts were also excellent. more special thanks to gluten-free options....Fabulous evening with friends and family in the Cayman’s.

Ave was one of our absolute favorite meals when staying in Grand Cayman for Christmas 2017, and we were blown away on our return visit this year. The quality of food and service are unmatched in our experience, starting with the depth and execution of each drink on the cocktail menu. The Wahoo Crudo and Tuna Tartare were beautiful appetizers and so fresh. I chose the snapper as my entree and was not disappointed; though I was particularly blown away by the juiciness of the Pork Tomahawk that someone else ordered at our table. Rico, who I understand to be the manager, has done an exceptional job training his staff and we can't wait to come back next year.

My wife and I tried the Back to Roots tasting menu this evening. We were disappointed with the selections. Most did not celebrate the produce that were starring in each course. Many of the flavors were muddled.

I had an amazing dining experience with excellent service and a great atmosphere. It was one of the best brunches I've ever had! The selection is truly unparalleled, featuring everything from sashimi and crab to oysters, sliders, desserts, and much more.
