Tayib Food A/s - Gentofte

Really good food and fast service (there weren’t many people, only around 5 tables . Almost skipped the place because of the low rating of 3.4 stars, but really happy we gave it a chance. Still, 95 kr for basically one piece of a normal pizza is scandalous : prices for other dishes are decent Will visit again for sure.

The food is always great, we love to order from small dishes and share. However, it seems that there will be fewer small dishes to choose from. This time there were 2 of the small dishes which were pizza?? It's not exactly what we want as small dishes... Others may of course have a different opinion. It is pleasant to sit both inside and outside, good service.

Perhaps three stars are a bit harsh? I had the fish 'm chips and it was okay, the fish juicy and near perfect fried, the chips not so much and practically no salad. Also the tartare sauce was okay and not enough. Nice and friendly and too young service. She left one of the other guests fries to smell even though he said he was finished. Attention kids! My friends had burger and schnitzel and was quite content, and it did look okay!

Again a hard one to review... The place was nice but noisy... the service was good, but the young folks did not know anything about this own wine.. The food was really good in taste, but not plentiful enough to satisfy a normal but hungry guy... Considering what I paid the value for money drops to a 3/5

It was our first time at Eattoday. The small tapas dishes on the menu beckoned and we sat down at table 1. We were the only ones, apart from a single table, drinking a business pilsner. There was a person at the bar. And there he stood. It felt strange to have to call his attention and ask for the menu when he could just turn his head to the left and 'spot ' us. We chose 4 small dishes; Tuna with sesame, beef, prawns and pasta and a beer for DKK 55. Only 40cl is listed. draft beer for 55 in the menu, so I had to ask if there was one that was smaller, to which the answer was yes. All 4 dishes were fantastic. The tuna was tender and delicious and with the nicest avocado. The beef grilled to perfection. Really tender and wonderful in taste. The prawns were arranged with the head separated so that the contents could be sucked out. And the pasta was al dente and with the most wonderful sauce. We were really full and I wanted to pay. Here the waiter (doesn 't) enter the picture again: During the meal he was also absent. Not a single visit to the table to ask if we were satisfied. I had to call his attention again when I wanted to pay. Even when he brought the terminal, we didn 't get any interest in our experience out of him, and when I asked for a bill before I approved the payment, the answer was: The bill will only come when you have approved His behavior is NOT approved.
