E Sciu Besagnu - GENOVA

I would like my comment to be constructive. I speak as a colleague, I work in the restaurant, and for me the client is sacred. I often order pizza from In Sciu Bisagno, a little for the closeness and then because I don’t demand who knows what. I never complained about the fact that I've received pizza diavola several times with 4 pieces of spicy salami, or pizza with 5 pieces of sausage...that's good for the food cost boys but I'll pay you the pizza...you want to say that with 9/10€ you can't give me a piece of extra sausage? I always care about commenting because the dough is great and your pizza I digest it very well, it does not weigh me down. This evening maybe it was a night no, or maybe you changed pizzaiolo, who knows..... but the pizza came cold, and burned under, and I'm sorry why you lost a client. Because working in catering I rarely have the opportunity to be a customer at the table or at home and tonight I could make an order by choosing your pizza! Food is important, and every customer must be served perfectly according to me. I'm sorry to write a review, but I never would have sent pizza back I'm not the type. I’m sure you can improve, I ask you to listen to a comment from a customer who works in the industry and tells you to put some Love on it, even if it’s just a pizza.

One night to change I booked with Just Eat at this place and I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised! I ate a great pizza, the rider arrived with 20 minutes of old and it's not okay!! In addition to the pizza I opted to book a chicken with fries, overflows with roasted potatoes. Small negative note I didn't really appreciate heesecake at strawberries. Recommended

Delivery at home in COVID times to be forgotten, scheduled delivery time of 1/2 hour, after a wait of 1h you can not wait another 30 minutes. Simply scandalous, if when restaurants are open for deliveries they behave so they don't complain if they close their doors! On pizza I don't suffer, too negative experience. Too bad

I don't like making such negative reviews, but feedback is important. The delivery activity at home, especially those in the neighborhood, had an extra card during this difficult time, but the quality is quality. I'm not going to try a pizza. Too bad.

We always take pizza here with takeaway app. Always correct service and well-kept pizzas, excellent ingredients. Only flaw for my taste) the cheese focaccia that came a little dry.
