Creative dishes, excessive in combinations of different but balanced flavors, thought and made with wisdom, all less the revisitation of the fried of parade: a skewer of different fishes who knew only of frying. sin because the risotto and the fish of the day were applause. environment and service as you must.

Simply an experience. The rich chef is able to accompany you in a sequence of dishes of technique and goto out of the norm, without any decrease of quality.. It is difficult not to keep your eyes closed by pleasure as soon as you taste its reach
