I like steam ravioli and as soon as they informed me that a new place had opened in Via San Vincenzo, a few steps from the station Brignole, at the first occasion I went there. Frankly I expected a large room, with tables and chairs; instead I found myself in a narrow environment with only a couple of high stools and a bar too limited, just for a couple of normal body people. The service counter and the stove top, stretch throughout the room, interrupted only by a semi-glass exposed that allows observation of the modes of preparation and kitchen. Anyway I was there and since it was lunch time, I requested a portion of pork ravioli and a herbal omelet. And here comes the surprise: one of the employees extracted some loafers from the container and began to work them on an infarinated shelf, with a fairly small bat. The manual was really interesting and fast and in a few seconds 5 disks of equal size and thickness were made which were then stuffed with the classic pork trite. Classic flask closure and steam cooking. After a few minutes the ravioli were seasoned with soy sauce and proposed in a plastic sauce with closed bag of cutlery and napkin. Pleasant taste, size of acceptable ravioli and the right thickness of the leaf, right cooking and good seasoning. Really nice surprise. But I also asked for the omelet they call cracks, chives. It is also realized at the moment and cooked in front. This was slightly back of salt but, overall, suitable for tastes. In short, a pleasant surprise above all considering that the food is supplied warm and in a short time. The offer includes different types of ravioli (green, beef and crustaceans) as well as two different types of special ravioli with water chestnuts and a sweet donut. At least three types of crepes (chive grass, cooked ham and chicken meat). The prices, all in all, are quite low and for a quick snack or for the classic work lunch break, you can safely stay under 10 euros, including drink. A very functional takeaway, therefore, which prompted me to return several times over time.
Without doubt the Chinese ravioli mile in Genoa. For Bao precision, made at the moment in variations of pork and beef, made at the moment and really excellent. Not delicious, tasty. Chinese crepes is also great. Overall a great Chinese street food, only sins the little seat. Recommended
I tried pancakes, a big pancake with herbs and meat. Almost better than what I ate in Beijing. Of course, for five euros you took eight, but the quality is still high.
