Contribuiți la feedbackI went there mainly because of all the good reviews, which were also seconded by an expat I know in Geneva who likes it. I was frankly puzzled by all the great reviews. The restaurant was OK, but nothing outstanding. Like any one of a...million restaurants in French villages. My steak was somewhat overcooked (I ordered it saignant, but it barely qualified as medium rare), as was my companion’s. This was particularly odd given that both steaks were so very lightly charred on the outside. I have also definitely tasted far better sauce au poivre before. The green salad wasn’t bad. Nor was the pear and almond tart though, again, nothing outstanding, just your standard bistro tart. Bottom line: nothing wrong with having a casual meal here, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
Very good menu with refined products. Quite filling and good report quality/price. Quite cozy ambiance and nice service. I will definitely be back!
A delightful bistro with excellent food. We were surprised by how quiet the restaurant was for a Saturday night. Our terrific waitstaff told us that this was not unusual. As wonderful as the food, I would have waited on line to dine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We dined here on out one night stop in Geneva after reading some good reviews. We were the only ones there for the majority of dinner which I'm thinking is because it was a Monday and the location is somewhat off the main path. That said the server was very helpful and polite and the food was really good. They did a nice kids meal for our boys and would recommend this to more people. Prices were reasonable too. Thanks!
A very mediocre brasserie... there aren’t many options on the menu, the meat was okay, but the side dishes were scarce. Honestly, I think there are better brasseries in the city. The service (despite being the only one in the restaurant) was average.
