Josef's Elegante Meat Deli - Geneva

Josef’s is one my favorite reasons for living in Geneva! Recently added cedar plank salmon to their offerings and it was easy and fabulous.Soak board for at least 30 minutes while grill is pre-heated at medium temperature ~350 degrees). Lightly salt and pepper salmon on all sides and place on board. Put board on grill for 20-30 minutes until cooked. Looks and tastes great!

We love Josef’s!!! They have introduced a new item that is amazing. They stuffed cubanello peppers with their Italian sausage. We charred the peppers on high heat on our smoker. We then wrapped the peppers in par cooked bacon. My wife paired it with Cacio de Pepe. It was absolutely amazing. We will definitely rush back to get more!!!

We recently had Josef’s cater a funeral luncheon (yes, they do that! for 65 people.The delivery and set up process was seamless and the food was delicious! The meat and cheese tray was a huge hit with the kids and everyone absolutely loved the Italian beef sandwiches! (You have to try the beef-it’s by far the best around! My kids and I don’t eat gluten and I was very impressed with the gluten free choices! The portions on everything we ordered were very generous-we are going to be eating sausage for days…but we don’t mind because it’s amazing!!! Special thanks to Pat for answering all my questions and to the team who came in when they were closed just to accommodate our Monday funeral.We are Josef’s fans for life! Thank you!

Been going here for almost 14 years. Only thing better than the quality of the food is the quality of the people who work there and run the place.I recently moved several towns away, but I'll be making the trip here to stock up for every holiday meal.

Outstanding!!! The service is an old school vibe from the neighborhood that makes every customer feel appreciated. Meats,pasta salads, and the famous oven grinder are so tasty and aged to perfection. Can 't get enough. I Keep going back for more How you doin?
