Kfc - Geneseo

I had a troubling experience at the restaurant. After finishing my meal, I got up to wash my hands and accidentally hit my head on a broken light fixture. It was glass with a sharp edge, and it caused a cut that bled and left a scar. When we approached the manager to ask for the owner's name and phone number, he yelled at my wife to sit down. Not a single staff member offered me a band-aid or any assistance. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we were finally given the general manager's phone number, who assured us they would take care of the situation, but the overall rudeness of the staff was very disappointing.

I showed up while they were clearly open. They took the order of the car in front of me but not the car behind me or the car behind them. I sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes before driving up to the window. I sat there for 20 minutes while theywalked past the window refusing to serve me.

I ordered my usual K8, and I usually love their biscuits. However, this time I found a small mosquito squashed into one of them. Aside from that issue, I have no other complaints, but they really need to check their food before packing it up.

Additionally, I requested a small cup of Nashville hot sauce to try on the side, but the staff member at the counter refused to provide it, even though it's just a condiment. One would expect that a restaurant specializing in chicken would have its main dish readily available at all times. You wouldn't walk into a McDonald's and be told you'd have to wait 30 minutes for a burger. Given this experience, I won’t be returning to any KFC location in the future.

Ordered the 8pc meal.and charged $27.99. which they say replace $20 fill up bucket ok. now only on line orders get 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw with this meal which on several websites for menu with prices. online $25.99 is price of whatwe were given 1 mashed potatoes and gravy 1 Cole slaw and 8 PC of chicken. manager won't give u his name nor will he provide adistrict manager number to speak to. both prices r listed online Manger says only on line orders get 2 mashed potatoes gravyCole slaw and 8 PC chicken for $27.99. it's not available to them to push the buttons for the meal with 2 mashed potatoes witheverything anymore. girl at register explained 8 PC meal was $25.99 but that wasn't what we were charged!!! i asked why I wascharged $27.99 for the 8 pc meal when I was told it was $25.99?? girl told me thats what it is in our register. so why tell me$25.99 for $27.99 to be price of the meal.. she was too busy with other employee playing with her hair near the chicken tolisten. now to try and eat at home what we did get... there was a glob of thick something in the container of gravy when I putit on my 1 mashed potatoes!! besides 2 burritos were ordered and assured they were in the bag.the 2 burritos were not in the bagwhen we got home!! this is so messed up how do u not have a district manager to handle things when it seems u rip people off onwhatever prices u choose to charge!?!?! corporate need to handle complaints not giggling girls and managers who refuse to giveu a name just tell u theres numbers for kfc corporate on line!! well corporate do u have a better answer??
