Shokudo Gensan - General Santos City

Noodles are bouncy, suppe is creamy and full of taste tried the pork germs, so tender and juicy I like to sit out of the sushi counter to see how they make the fresh sushi i order.

Great tasting, a little hard as a season. higher cost than usual, but definitiv the best Japanese food in the city.

We enjoyed ess and environments in shokudo. her ramen is big and her baby-back ribs are unique as it has this Japanese twist.

The restaurant had a great ambiance and the ramen is delicious, with a Filipino-Japanese twist. I enjoyed the overall vibe and the customer service was excellent.
