Local characteristic... on two levels... really great idea to make a welcome aperitif in the cave... varied innovative and particular...suitable to all... really moderate prices and excellent quality... courteous staff available and educated.. I'll be back.

Restaurants in the center of Genazzano but a little off the normal pedestrian path that penalizes it. Beautiful room on two levels in an old cellar and a really nice cave where the aperitif offered by the house is served. Menu without infamy and without praise made of typical dishes with some touch of innovation. The real problem, especially for managers I imagine, is the poor clientele; courage come and try it.

We stayed in this quaint place on a Sunday of late August. We recommend this place to all those who are looking for those osteries of once revisited with good taste. We have pleasantly surprised also the menu that offers traditional local dishes carefully cooked. Among the skates we have tasted, we have appreciated more the "gnocchi a coa de sorica" with cheek, zucchini and pachino. Finally we were delighted by delicious homemade desserts.

We have just been coupled in this local, rustic very characteristic in one of the most beautiful alleys of genazzano! Young staff is very courteous! Very nice family environment, cared for! We ate for appetizer a mixed cutter of undertones, sliced and cheese and some bruschetta! Great and abundant! First the "coa de sorica dumplings" cheeks, zucchini and excellent pachino, and being paesana know that it is difficult to cook them in white, instead they were delicious and unmassati, the second we skipped because already means full from the appetizer, but we took the spiral potatoes, very original contour is delicious. To finish sweet chocolate cake on cream bed( amazing). Price content! We will be back!
