McDo nice and fast even in peak hours. However, a lady employed (about fifty) allows unpleasant reflections towards the clientele or even high voice when she is not happy. I can understand that the work should not be easy every day, but this kind of remarks are not their place in the restoration as it is. This can ruin the customer’s experience and it’s not up to them to suffer its permanent bad mood.
