You can have snacks, very good burgers even a full meal and for the afternoon, cakes and good coffee. The service sometimes lacks technical.. We were very happy when our waitress Stella, was very efficient, fast and very friendly. For the rest, sometimes the bistro is very full and some customers are impatient. Anyway, when we were in a museum and nobody was chasing us, we didn't realize to wait 5 minutes (at another visit). As I said, food and drinks are fine and the service tries their best (I did not see an unfriendly face).
Mushy food, no cutlery, no friendliness, no advice. Guest are clearly signalled to be unwelcome and a nuisance. Contrary to the otherwise renowned friendliness in Vienna this place certainly wins a price for the most unfriendly and unhelpful waiter in Vienna.
Pro: Food was above average for what you were in place like this (in the museum) staff was very nice and professional Con: too long wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait waiters are pretty slow when it seriously busy
Too little space regarding the number of visitors. Some waiters are in service, but everyone is chaotic. The acoustics in the high space are also unbearable, especially for so many screaming children. What a shame for such a fascinating museum:
The Joules bistro located inside building Technische Museum, at the second floor easy to get there by Underground U4 Schönbrunn Station then a few minutes walk. It was very nice time to sit there, take some sweet after long time walking around.
