Christmas buffet 2022. 2nd Tuesday. a catastrophe, have never eaten so bad and so overpriced. the food was partly cold, rouladen unfit (dry and hard, many eating lacked (bone, red cabbage, cream crumbs, tiramisu just to name a few. for children was hardly available until nix. nuggets were brought to table on several questions. critique can the cook (at least came to ask, at least then not to accept the table. the rouladen have cooked 5 hours. funny that it tasted 200 guests. just don't say (shares say, but the several of our opinion are closed: never again!

40€ for a buffet with catastrophic service. kellnerin can't be German and all are spoiled. not recommended!

The Christmas buffet was very bad. small choice, bad preparation, nothing marked. for children nothing is available. price insufficient service: dine in the meal type: dinner

Buffet was catastrophic. the flesh was tough as leather and tasteless. rest was not special. for children absolutely nothing there were several guests had to order separately food for children. Buffet was not labeled anywhere you know what to eat, which meat you eat like, for example, chicken, bark, fish variations etc. for it just under 40, euro is an absolute cheek. not even for 20, euro this would be a good buffet. 3 4 years ago the buffet was really good, now by the multiple changes, unfortunately absolute catastrophe. this has not only been our opinion but also the many other guests today. a kellnerin pointed out, there are also more. to the answer of deichkrone: a pity that is not accepted here by deichkrone. on topics such as: meat tough, no labelling of food etc. will not be discussed at all. I also wrote that we told the staff after billing, who wanted to forward it to the same evening. nearly 40, euro 36,95 euro it is not about “missing pommes” but generally the food offer for children. we have not expressed any negative criticism about service personnel. the dame has received the criticism and our opinion very kindly and still thanks for the honest words that she could understand missing inscription etc. sadly, however, that the “leading staff” does not accept any of it. I'm afraid there's no reason to come back.
