So rude, was told to busy to take order. Clearly not busy by photo, staff. Must have reminded her if someone because the level of rudeness was so unbelievably uncalled for. Would bring kids or family here as supposed to bea positive space that will be tainted by rude staff,.. people looked in stock as we were refused service because to busy wine be back. Wine recommend. I also attended in the afternoon of Feb Staff were lovely and my wife and I were enjoying our coffee until it was rudely interrupted by a Karen who seems to have written a review. What a performance. Even her husband was embarrassed. Shame on you!
