King George Fish And Grill - Geelong

Called into Geelong for lunch after 10 year absence. Had the greatest fresh fish and sides. Sat outside in the sun and shared the fish and sweet potato fries with my companion and the dog. Great view and prompt service with a wide range of seafood. Choice of battered (light and delicious) or grilled. Gluten free meals highlighted.

Although our recent visits have been over winter, I feel this place will be our go to during the warmer months. The staff were friendly & professional. Our orders were taken & presented in a timely manner. Not your regular fish & chip shop. Very clean & not greasy. I thoroughly enjoy the food here!!!

We have been to this restaurant twice in the last month and the food has been fantastic on both occasions.The menu is not extensive but caters for all tastes with both seafood and a variety of other options (burgers / salads etc)Most dishes can cater for Gluten free, which was important for our group.The seafood is possibly the best we have had in Geelong and everything on the menu is reasonably priced. Expect to pay between $30-$40pp for entree, main and one drink.Seafood is fresh and some creative options on the menu. Staff are friendly and service is quick.Suggest the jalapeño poppers for entree - superb!

Delicious generous serves at reasonable prices, gluten free catered for, the best gluten free dim sims. Friendly staff, thank you so much for an enjoyable meal.

Can be cold in Winter, but generally a very good lunch. Grilled butterfish is excellent and the fresh green salad is always a winner.
