Lake View Cafe - Gedling

I came here with friends on a bike ride and had the £5 full English breakfast with coffee. It was very good and the outdoor seating area was clean. Keep up the good work!

The staff is annoying, as I have only purchased duck food and ice cream and cannot comment on the other menu items. The duck food seems overpriced at 50p per bag; 25p would be more reasonable. My son enjoys feeding the ducks, so I end up spending around 2-3 pounds on duck food when we visit. Perhaps they could hire a few more staff members to help with the workload, as I have seen at other establishments.

The restaurant did not have any lollipops available for purchase, which disappointed my son. However, the owner kindly gave us one for free to cheer him up. The service was amazing.

Excellent coffee.
