Georges Tradition - Gedling

The tiniest, and I mean the tiniest portion of fish I have ever seen from a takeaway, bar none. It wouldn't have even been enough for my 7yo. Chips were ok. Flavour average. Definitely won't bother again.

Always visit georges when we are in town best place to lunch by a mile in the city centre always delicious fish and chips and starters and puds always delicious, staff always genuinely friendly and so pleasant drinks very reasonable aswell so go on make this your go to place for great food aswell you won't be disappointed

Been past these place so many times on route thinking looks good. Lovely chips only stopped for quick lunch break. Everything was good though even the packaging comes in a good box so you can eat in the car with a wooden knife and fork. Simple things done well love it. Thanks

We have popped into George’s in the heart of Nottingham and I can say that we were amazed. All of us ordered the same main courses as we fell in love with the chicken on the menu. The service was prompt and efficient The restaurant was not busy at that time, the food came quick and our server made sure that everything is spot on Thanks you very much George’s!

We went to Georges for amid week lunch before the pantomime. Friendly staff, clean and spacious. Food was great and portions were large. Children's meals come in a bucket with a spade, our grandson loved it!
