No apologies, thanks Bolingbrook on east boughton road, thanks for ruining my entire lunch!!!!Bug free food please!!!!
Called to inquire about my order lady was super rude for no reason at all like practically yelling at me on the phone because they’re busy. How was it? My fault that they’re busy
I live near this location so I've come here often and now is the worst time to do business with these people as their staff and managers lie.I got the wrong size sandwich a while ago and remember I called in to tell them so I could exchange it. The girl on the phone ended up telling me that the manager said he made it himself and it was the right size. I had already double checked before calling and they gave us a skinny instead of a big. They literally could have just remade the damn sandwich but instead gave me a coupon in the mail several days later. The dumbest stuff smh.
It’s hard to find excellent customer service anymore but, Michelle (the manager I believe on duty) was exceptional today. My sandwich was taking a long time and she offered me a free drink. It then took a little bit more time and she offered me a cookie, introduced herself to me, asked me my name and I chatted with her for a bit. I rarely find someone who goes out of their way to make a customer happy anymore, and I was really impressed with her. I hope whoever is her manager reading this knows that they have a good team member on their hands! I’ll be back for sure.
