The absolute worst customer service experience EVER.. wrong pizza, rang and rang and rang but no answer. Went to the shop and said they were closed and not answering the phones because they had no pizza dough left to cook any pizza or fix the mistake at 7:45. Dairy free, so paid extra for vegan cheese. Ended up with no cheese. Tried to complain and receive a refund, Gawler store refused to answer the calls and as it is a franchise, Pizza Hut refused to help resolve the issue. Waited over 2.5 hours for delivery and the pizzas were horrible and the kids were in bed when it finally arrived. Previously had good experiences but clearly the store isnt being managed well now.
