Taste Of Italy - Gatlinburg

I write this review for 6 people. When we came to the restaurant, we were almost immediately created by a bigger one and displayed directly to a table. Our waitress Whitney was out in a few minutes to get our drinks order. When she came back with the drinks, she brought a basket of garlic knots and sauce. She was very pleasant and friendly. We ordered something different from the menu and it was delicious!! We'll go to dinner again when we're back in Gatlinburg Tennessee. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was great. My family and I come every time we visit Gatlinburg at least twice a year. Usually the food and service is great, but this time only the food it was usual high quality. The waitress Whitney was so rude and tactless that the food tasted sour. We don't care if we want to share a gut, we make a clear answer if we ask for clarification. We also remember when the waitress Whitney brings out 24 plates for a party of 13. I found very rude, passive aggressive and childish. The treatment of my family is unacceptable, so if you have a big party, choose another Italian restaurant.

I'm from Brooklyn and I'm ashamed that these people have the Audacity to announce this slop Italian food, these people shouldn't pay a bite for our drinks like these, they have terrible sauce not an Italian in the place where we tried to pay a bite for our drinks and didn't leave any way that I paid for it

Julia helped us out with our order and was friendly and knowledgeable about the extensive menu. The food is excellent and authentic. It has a comforting atmosphere where the staff treat you like family. We met the owner Geri who wants everyone to have a great meal and experience. We love this place and will return!

This is a great casual Italian restaurant. The food and service are excellent. My husband and I both had fettuccine Alfredo. The servings were generous, as was the case with the calamari appetizer (excellent). Next time we’ll save room for dessert. Oh, and the garlic knots are amazing.
