Mountain Edge Grill - Gatlinburg

Our large family group was really hungry and looking for a convenient place to eat, so we didn't have high expectations—just a quick meal. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The food was outstanding, the beer selection was impressive, and Joe provided fantastic service.

I ordered takeout, and I received just a single patty—half elk, half bison. It was a bit confusing. Overall, I found the price to be quite high for what I got. The flavor was underwhelming. The staff, both on the phone and in person, seemed rather unprofessional. However, the hot sauce was pleasantly smoky and really enhanced the burger's taste.

It was absolutely fantastic! I don't think I've ever tasted better chicken tenders, and our server Joe was amazing. We were in a rush, and he worked efficiently to ensure we were served in time. In the end, we had to reschedule, but he handled everything perfectly! The food was hot and delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The service was outstanding. From the moment we walked in until we left with full stomachs, I would give this experience a solid 11 out of 10!

We had a group of 10± Joe was wonderful. We where on a time crunch and he was quick and fun. Loved the food too! The kids didn't even complain. Great place to chill and eat. Get your money's worth and you don't feel like just eat rubber.

The food was great and reasonably priced. Our waitress was friendly, but we had to wait a long time for our meals, despite the restaurant not being very busy. It was a typical diner experience, except for the long wait.
