Greenbrier - Gatlinburg

When I addressed my concerns with the manager that evening, I was told that the delay was due to two additional guests attending the reception. Given that our meal cost nearly $600, the experience was not worth it at all. The following day, 20 of the 25 guests fell ill with severe gastrointestinal issues, including vomiting and diarrhea. The five who didn’t get sick either didn’t eat or were children who had chicken nuggets. After reaching out to the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, the manager I spoke with refused to take any responsibility or offer a resolution. As I mentioned, I would never recommend this restaurant, and I certainly will not be dining there again!
