Burg Steakhouse - Gatlinburg

The food is absolutely amazing! They have a huge salad bar and a buffet with several sides. James W. was our waiter and he was awesome. He was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful meal. We will definitely bereturning and I hope James is still there!! This place deserves more than a 5-Star rating!

My husband and I stayed in Pigeon Forge for our honeymoon. One day/night while we were here we wanted to enjoy an upscale steak/seafood meal. We asked locals and did research and settled on Burg?s. It did not disappoint. I read reviews, looked at themenu in advance and was glad they had a salad bar AND a hot side bar! Food was delicious and the waiter even convinced myhusband to try a steak medium well vs well like he typically does and I?m glad because he tried it and liked it. I had thelobster tail and it was HUGE. The food was great, waiter was nice and also received free dessert coupons upon entering. Couplethings I would change it didn?t care for? we were not staying in the Gatlinburg area so having to pay $20 to park close to therestaurant to just eat was a bit much. The other thing was the music in the restaurant was very loud, could have been where ourseat was located was worse, but other than that I loved the environment, staff, food and no wait. We did walk right in around1pm on a Friday to beat the dinner rush and enjoy a nice heavy lunch. Highly recommend!

Just a warning, it?s very expensive. The service is good and the aesthetics are designed to mimic beauty and the beast. Each entree comes with a buffet. The portions are large, so it?s best to split a plate and pay the $20 surcharge (which includes thebuffet). The quality of the food is excellent, especially for buffet food.

We were offered coupons for free dessert while walking on the strip so we decided to try it out the next night. The atmosphere was awesome. It had the vibe of a haunted mansion/ speak easy. The lighting was low and it had a great romantic appeal. Theyhave a nice salad bar as well as a hot bar. The only thing that was a bit shocking was the price. It is quite expensive so Iwould suggest taking a peek at the menu before going. We witnessed more than a few groups leaving once they looked at the menu,it averages around $50 pp not including the drink. The wait staff are friendly and run smoothly. My husband said the steak wasamazing and cooked perfectly. Our free desserts were huge and we were glad we decided to share one. It was delicious!

Enjoyed this gem of a steakhouse when visiting Gatlinburg for the first time. Went for lunch at 11am. Definitely recommend the lunch menu special pricing...you can add the bar to the meal you select. I got the T- bone steak it was amazing..seasoned andperfectly cooked to order. The salad and hot bar were outstanding! So many options! All fresh, well seasoned hot items. Freshveggies fruit and lots of toppings and dressings! Very friendly and attentive staff! Our server Ashley was wonderful!
