Spritz - Gatineau

The service was outstanding; our waiter was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. We had made a reservation for the lounge experience, and we really loved it. The music selection was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The food was delightful, but I particularly enjoyed the desserts the most.

The food we ordered was not at all up to par; it was cold, dry, and tasteless. We were very disappointed!

We were really disappointed with every aspect of this restaurant. I hadn't been there in six months, and while prices have gone up, both the service and food quality have taken a hit. The chicken parmesan was overcooked and topped with whole chopped oregano stems, including the woody parts. The pesto spaghetti tasted like it was made with spoiled basil. The pizza and calamari were decent, but that was about it. Future guests should be aware that there are currently only two pasta options on the menu besides the chicken parmesan. The service was quite slow, even though there were plenty of staff, and our server only had us as their table for most of the meal. To make matters worse, the “service cubes” meant to call the wait staff weren't working.

This restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience that's definitely worth the visit. I highly recommend it to everyone—it's a lovely automat!

Despite the restaurant's bustling atmosphere, the service was excellent. The food was served promptly, and each dish was both flavorful and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed our dinner and highly recommend this place.
