Harvey's - Gatineau

Recently, dining out has become quite expensive. However, when I crave some fast food, I always look for good value for my money. McDonald's disappoints me with their thin patties that are overshadowed by the bread. In contrast, Harvey's hamburgers continue to impress with their substantial size and meaty taste.

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the food was incredibly delicious.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. I waited for over 15 minutes just to get a burger, even though there were only three customers ahead of me and four staff members working. However, on August 19th, I was contacted directly by the management who sincerely apologized for the wait. They explained that they had many new staff members and even offered me a free meal as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciated the effort made by the management to reach out and explain the situation. As a result, I have updated my review to 4 stars. Thank you for caring.

Love this Harvey's the people R nice and the woman who took our order is so polite I think she might be the manager or maybe should be has served us often love you guys happy 64th birthday

I picked up my daughter from school and decided to do a stop at Harvey's.. The food was sooooo good and service was excellent, so friendly and happy!! I had to write a review and hope people will go visit..
