Barburrito - Gatineau

I have ordered from this restaurant three times. The first couple of times, the food was amazing. I tried the chicken burrito and it was one of the best I've ever had. However, the last time I ordered, I got the fish burrito with extra protein (which I assumed meant a double portion of fish), but I only found a small piece of fish halfway through the burrito. It seemed overcooked and lacked flavor. Despite this, I have always loved the fries that come with each order. My daughter ordered a pulled pork quesadilla, but it was not good at all - one bite and it went straight to the trash. Overall, the quality of the food seems to be hit or miss. When it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's not worth eating. It may depend on the staff that are working, as I have read reviews about some staff members not seeming to care.

The children's menu advertised that it came with chips and salsa, but when we ordered the quesadilla for our child, we were told they don't actually include chips. Additionally, they didn't add any vegetables. This was not mentioned on the menu. The customer service was poor as well, so it will be a while before we decide to return to this restaurant.

What a letdown. I've been wanting to try this place for so long now. I ordered two identical burritos that had chicken and all the toppings. The burritos were alright, tasted fresh! The fries, oof. As of 2022-09-18, your frying oil needs to be changed,theres no doubt about that, the flavor was very gross. The tortilla chips were extremely stale and the red salsa had no flavoredand tasted as if someone had diluted it with water.

First girl serving me had an attitude and couldn't answer my questions about the food. Second girl was nice, knew how to answer the questions about the menu. Food came cold, extreme nachos and the burrito including its meat cold too.. they do put theburrito on the press, but its not enough to heat up the meat inside the wrap. Although i asked for all dressed, they didnt putlike 1/3 of the ingredients.. Overall, food good despite it all being cold.

Terrible experience at this restaurant. The ingredients were not fresh and the food was incredibly greasy. The staff did not follow proper protocols, such as not wearing gloves while handling food. The cashier even handled quesadillas without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!
