Lowfell Fish Bar - Gateshead

Had a call from their number claiming to be Three network services. Hung up on me when I said I didn't have an account with Three. Came up with the chippy's number and business name. Weird.

Best chippy in the area always great fish and chips, never had a bad one there, it's better than my local chop shop, I drive past my local chip shop to go there, as mine is rubbish, Great staff aswell 10 out of 10 for me

I would not return. Fish was dry and mostly batter and chips were bruised, dry and cold. Very dissatisfied.

We popped in here after a quick visit to my parents house, bought fish chips for all the family, git yo say I was not disappointed, food was 10 out of 10, great service, priced fair, excellent portions friendly staff, better than any chippy in Newcastle, deffo be back.

I have been with a friends a few times. It has been good, but it was quite greasy. Great chips and batter and friendly staff. Also very cheap.
