Fattoush Lounge - Gateshead

The dining experience was pleasant, but the service was awful. The staff spoke to us with a rude attitude, barely addressing us and mumbling at our table without checking in or asking if we needed anything else. To make matters worse, they also added a 10% service charge to the bill, despite the poor service provided.

This was my first time at this restaurant with my partner. The food was phenomenal and the service was good. The desserts were also beautifully presented. We had some leftovers, which they kindly boxed up for us to take home, so nothing went to waste. I can't complain about anything. We will definitely be returning.
