Domino's Pizza - Gateshead

Despite my order, the manager was really helpful and sorted everything for me. great eating, amazing customer service.

Placed an order at 7.20 on Tuesday nite, called back after 59 mins as still hadn't arrived and was told to call back after 10 mins and had the phone put down. Called back 10 mins later to be told it would be yet another...15 mins no apology, and nothing they could do so cancelled oeder. Will never use again

Went and collected my order last night around 8. Had to wait ten minutes. While there I saw at least two staff eating slices of pizza from what one of them called a 'remake '. This wouldn 't be a problem if it wasn 't while standing where...the pizzas come out the oven and are cut. They were happily munching over the pizzas being boxed up and didn 't wash their hands at any point. I also saw another staff take a box around where they make the pizzas and disappear for two minutes. They came back around the oven binned the box, wiped their mouth as they 'd clearly also been eating pizza aswell and carried on making more. Food safety standards, no worries!

We just wanted to jump on the half of one of our pizzas (the half was a margherita) so we called to check this before the ordering the women said that they would do it. we ordered and called back to confirm and were, saying that they could not do this by a very rude man who had hardly spoken to me without interruption. I would use another dominosis if I were her.

We ordered for the first time online and found the website very easy to use and the offers very reasonable! they can even track when it comes! the food came within 15 minutes still hot and the driver was friendly not to mention. the pizza was amazing! beautiful that we have the great as a very fussy 6 years old torn off 4 discs ordered definitiw to use again
