Taxco Mexican Grill - Gastonia

It took us a while to get to this restaurant, but now it's a favorite! Our friends introduced us to Taxco and we loved it. Great service, delicious food. Try the naked burrito and the enchilada stuffed with crabmeat! Love their cheese dip for the tortilla chips, too. Very nice and welcoming restaurant.

People were so nice the food was AMAZING when we come back to town definitely stopping by again, nachos out if this world, tea sweet but not too sweet and the rice and beans chefs kiss

I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but my wife ordered some pollo fundido and it basically had no chicken. Barely an ounce. It was mostly vegetables. Really disappointing. Flavor wise it was delicious, but would have been better if it had a decent amount of chicken.

My first time visiting Taxco was a pleasant surprise. Finding good Mexican food in the Gastonia area can be a challenge, but Taxco was very good all around. The food was great, the service was great, and I had one of the best margaritas I've ever had. All around a great dinner and I can't wait to go back!

This restaurant surprised me. Went there on a couple of recommendations from friends. The food was great. Not as salty as some of the Mexican restaurants I've been to. Chips and salsa plentiful and good. Meals had generous portions also. Good service. Reasonable prices. My new favorite. Check it out, it may become yours, also.
