Subway - Gastonia

That is the most Slovenian subway. it really has to work on training the employees. if there are only 2 customers in the line it should not operate almost 30-45 minutes when they have employees. I will not come back to this place, but go to the water tower site.

First, I would just like to mention that I rarely give good reviews and this subway literally had me drunk in the past. I didn't go there in 2020 and I moved to this area in 2015. I went to the house yesterday, like I just didn't get used to another. but the girls who waited for me yesterday were the sweetest cutest cutest girls who would ever work on this place. So I'm going back today! also the cookies were soft, not hard and dry as before. I just wish the others were almost foods.

40 minutes waiting for a sandwich! when I arrived, there was 1 person in front of me and after I have put my order online decided to take orders from migrating customers and forget about my order this place needs more staff to take care of online orders and 2 persons for migrating customers normally I don't complain much! overall was that eating well?

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this location could definitely use some customer service skills. we felt very fast, the woman who seemed responsible, only thought that we wanted all foot lengths and got an attitude over every little ding. I asked for additional pickles and wanted to pay the additional fee, but instead the dame jumped in to “draw” me in a very controversial wise that I already got extra and would have to pay .50 for each side of my foot long sub (which I said I didn’t introduce it.) just a negative experience, I have covid made the dinge hard, but as nurse I could never offer me a right rude. will not be back to this place.

Female employee were VERY rude and unwelcoming. One of them gave me attitude because I mistakenly said medium drink instead of small and apparently that was very difficult to change in the machine. She gave up on ringing us and asked the other lady to finish checking us out. The other lady was rude if not worse. She was cutting me off when I spoke and spoke is a very aggressive tone as to show us her annoyance. The other lady was commenting to the other how we were trying to use “too many” coupons. Definitely not coming back to this location.
