There was a lack of empathy when I mistakenly placed my order, and I had to make an entire trip back to the location to get it corrected. To make matters worse, when I returned the sandwich they gave me, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, they remade the sandwich with a dismissive attitude. I would appreciate it if the franchise owner could reach out to me as soon as possible and pass my information to customer service.
The restaurant seems to be run by young children, and there are often mistakes with my orders. They mix up the sauces and pair the wrong sweets with the sandwiches. The sandwiches themselves are also quite chaotic, as if they’re just throwing everything together without much thought. I really wish they could get the orders right the first time! If they took their time and focused on reading the orders, I believe they could do much better. Unfortunately, it seems like they just don’t pay attention.
The teenagers who work here on the afternoons and/or on the second layer are very rude and unprofessional. I do not live too far from this place so that I order in the rule online via the Subway app and get them my sandwich(es.) lately my online orders were thrown together, wrong made, bad quality of the sweet etc. obviously these teenagers do not care. if the customer service doesn't come, I don't want it. - I want a combo. I have become a regular and I am sure that these employees have noticed that when my ticket is printed with my name on it from the online ordering card printer. I guess if they want the whole subway experience they need to get in, make their throat clear, knock their feet, their haare jump back and forth a foot and maybe someone will come to their help. I was disgusting when I saw that the employee acknowledged that I needed help and instead heated cookies, rolled her eyes and brought her back to douvered. train them on sandwich prep and also customer service. a round applause for the young lady who saw that I was a customer in need and provided my cookies free of charge. thank you, young lady, nothing more, a star.
Disorganized and server wasn't familiar with the menu. Food was ok. Just ok.
Terrible. Ordered online sandwiches were swimming in mayo and mustard. Veggie sub had banana peppers and tomatoes, but 6 more veggies left off. called to let them know I was coming back 4 employees in the store, manager nowhere to be found, employee with hands in her hair sitting on her butt. wanted them to remake them but they were out of bread. Asked for refund instead. Employee called owner then asked me why I wanted a refund. No apology. Will never go back.
