Pita Wheel - Gastonia

My friends and I dined here and had a fantastic experience! The server, who I believe was named Zoey, was excellent, and our food arrived very quickly. I had the mac and cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and it was all amazing. The restaurant itself is also incredibly charming, offering both outdoor and indoor dining options.

We go for the food (which is always amazing) but we stay for Mel lol. We go every Wednesday and she always know exactly what we need, we've never had a bad experience with her. She is definitely the best bartender around!

Pitas are terrible, I was looking for authentic pita and its very much school lunch.

The one star was for their onion rings, they were really good! The staff was very friendly and attentive too! Everything else SUCKED!! For starters the fabricated lamb which is all shaped exactly the same is pretty disturbing. Definitely not authentic Gyros! I understand that it 's normal for restaurants serving food to attract roaches but it 's your responsibility to assure you implement fumigation regularly. We saw not one! But two roaches at our table in the kitchen area. One was alive on the table and the other was dead on the floor. I definitely won 't return!

I have driven past this place countless times, it always looks like a fun place to have lunch. I was right! The food was great, the staff was happy and eager to make sure I enjoyed my lunch and it was quick. Parking is not adjacent but a short little walk. I liked it!
