Gaston Pour House: Drinks, Food, Coffee Lounge

I recently turned 21 and was excited to celebrate with a beer, but my experience at Pourhouse was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed to have a negative attitude towards younger patrons. The bartender was too focused on her side conversation to even acknowledge me, so I ended up leaving without being served. Definitely not a welcoming place.

Our son Chase picked your location to toast his engagement last night (Best Key Lime Martini) according to his fiancée Sydni. Personally it was the incredible service and Jacked Up BLT for me. Cheers, thank you for making last night memorable and to the locals thank you for letting us take over your Gastonia's best secret for a bit.

Had a great time here last weekend. It's open late which is a plus for the area. There's a great craft beer and liquor selection and the staff was very friendly.

I thought I would enjoy this place but the staff is ridiculous rude. Not sure her name but it was an older lady. She might be the manager but doesn’t know how to treat customers and seems like she is miserable. She was even rude to the workers as well. I’ve felt bad for them, even all their hard work. Will not be going back!

Amazing, helpful staff with a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely go back and enjoy another beer!
