Dunkin' - Gastonia

Bad service I wait for 20 minutes on my donuts and my box was up on the table no one came to give it to me and plus these youngs they just run around to do nothing that place in evil needs a deep cleaning.

I ordered a coffee and got my sum. Then I added a second coffee my daughter asked me to get and was told that I was going to the window for new total. They accused me and gave me the first order only when I asked for the second and handed over my card, someone from inside told the girl in the window to give it to me and not to charge me. Superior way to fix a small error...5 launches IF the error has not been made to begin with.

Dunkin is my favorite place to get an Iced or Frozen Coffee. It is absolutely delicious and now I am hooked. The staff are great and very friendly. The store is also very clean

Sometimes this place is a hit. other paintings it is not. in the time that there is no hit, I have seen workers fall on the floor and choose it right away to give a customer. I have not seen food that is treated like that, so I really hope that has not happened. at my last visit the bottles sat with cleaning agents besides drinks that they prepared. the counters are covered with spilt beverages, milk etc. that they put customer orders on the head. the floors are ruined with food. that's not safe and I'd make sure they get their coffee from here. it seems better with the morning crew than the afternoons I usually see.

3rd time in a row that I 've made the trip out to this location and they never have cappuccino mix for the Original Cappuccino Blast . I find it very odd that they don 't have coffee and icecream to make it. I personally believe they just don 't know what their doing. I wont be making that mistake again.
