Miller Pizza Co - Gary

Great Beef sandwiches and pizza. Has been 22 years since I ate here and it it still good.

I visited often pre-pandemic and the whole place had a vibe that made you just want to hang out after work, school, the beach, etc. Great food, good atmosphere and back when the patio was open, you could just sit and enjoy the breeze...and the loud annoying train horn, but hey, you can't always get what you want. About a month ago, I went back again for the first time in three years. I ordered to go, but it was STILL the same; great food, good atmosphere, and nice workers. I LOVE THIS PLACE...lol!!!

I just found out today I was on the do not deliver list 05/11/2022. I ordered food while I was at work and it came 2 1/2 hours later when I was about to get off work. Instead of them telling me they were short staffed on delivery drivers. They kept lying saying it was on the way. After about the third call they sent me straight to voicemail. So when they finally came the food was cold and I sent it back. I was a regular customer and never had any other issues until that day. Then today when I asked why I was banned they put me on hold and never came back to the call. This is the reason local businesses get bad reviews because of employees that don't care about good customer service. Times have really changed

Miller Pizza has always been good but what stood out was the customer service. They were courteous, attentive and helpful. The night we went, we had gon to 2 other restaurants and left because we were seated and no one ever came to acknowledge us in any way. Despite not having servers we still received better service than the places with it. Thank you for the hospitality, hot pizza and amazing Antipasto Salad.

We ordered a large deep dish earlier this afternoon. It has been a few years since I've had a deep dish from Millers. They are not what they used to be. Was crust than an actual deep dish. We were not all that impressed.
