Mcdonald's - Gary

I ordered a children's meal at the drive-thru, but they forgot to include the child's milk. As I waited for my order to be corrected, I informed the worker at the window. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I decided to go inside and found the worker on the phone. Another employee noticed my situation and assisted me instead.

On June 26, 2022, I visited this McDonald's and had a terrible experience. The customer service through the intercom during the late night shift was rude and ignorant. The line was extremely long, at least 25 people deep. A young lady attempted to be polite and courteous, but was ignored by the staff. When she approached the window to offer to pay for a few car orders, they called the police on her. DoorDash had to wait over an hour and a half to receive their orders. I hope that McDonald's corporate office takes action against this location. The customer service at night was unacceptable, with employees chatting and ignoring customers instead of doing their jobs.

The personal will learn from the manager and she is an rude person! she must be appalled and humiliated! she gives this place a bad name. Believe me, I'm looking for your own. a star only to return feed for corrective measures.

I suppose they were there where short on the staff waited for about 10 or 15 minutes, no one came into the window to say it could be a few minutes, please just keep us sitting in limo so that I only moved with other cars. so the experience was not great Friday night 11:00 clock mai 13, 2022

Customer service sucks went here nobody in the parking lot on grant st place full of staff and still had to pull up and wait for who ? Mc Donald's definitely lost their hustle no monopoly no nothing just pay and go miss that old hustling finding new ways to reach the public McDonald's now they to good to move fast at all slow service slow lines
