Taco Bell - Garrettsville

Ordered online it takes me 10 min to get there and I didn't leave right away. Plenty of time to get my order done and when I got there still had to wait for it. What it the point of ordering online. Got 3 different combo boxes and of course they didn't come in a box. My food was just all in a bag, with a line behind me I can't open each item to make sure I got everything. If it's supposed to come in a box it should. So when I got home of course i was missing 3 items and I tried to contact them but it wouldn't let me submit it. So tired of all these fast food places not giving a s$ .

I placed a mobile order for pick up, get there and they state that they are not accepting mobile orders or debit card transactions due to system being down. I understand systems being down, etc, but I feel this situation could have been avoided if they would just shut off mobile ordering. I asked how long it would take for the refund to be back on my card and the cashier stated she does not know it’s a separate system. Not cool with me fr. I will not be back, big waste of time and didn’t even have decency to call and let me know.

Very slow service in the last couple weeks. The tacos are wrapped poorly also. One completely spilled in the bag.

Not a fan of the automated server in the drive through it feels too robotic and your not sure if it's going to get everything right so you don't ask for things the way you want

Pretty good taco bell. I like how the inside area is laid out where you can see them making the tacos. I had an issue with ordering on the app, so that was annoying. I had to use the kiosk inside, which was fast and easy, but it doesn't link to my account so I couldn't use my points or bonus.Parking: Decent parking area. Pretty easy to navigate.
