Taco Bell - Garner

After 15 minutes in the pass line, I paid for my Burrito premium, which is a side of potatoes and Gravy when I got it home. This is not the first time this slow kitchen gave me something I didn't order. There are other Taco Bell locations nearby.

Pretty good. The service was good, the food was as ordered.

We had a disappointing experience with our delivery order. They didn't have any large cups available, and they were out of cheddar chalupas. I don't think I'll ever visit or order from this place again. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

The food is always good, but the journey through the service is often slow. Only recently, their POS was completely down for a while, with a long number of people waiting, and no one came out to tell anyone that they could no longer make orders because they could not process payment! Napkins are hit or miss and they often do not offer spices (hot sauce). Their drinks were often missing syrup (Mt Dew Baja Blast and Lemonade).

Been standing inside for 20 minutes and still haven?t got helped. then i go to get in the drive thru line because it seems to be moving faster then what they could help me inside. then when i go to get in the drive thru i see the customer that was behind me already have her food and walk outside but when i was inside no one could help me and i could see them looking at me. i just think they need to learn how to take orders and pay attention to there customers and not just walk away.
