Starbucks - Garner

I visited the Starbucks at 180 Cabela Dr. 25115 Garner NC. CHK 679814. I ordered 1 caramel Frappe. I paid for the drink and stood next to the counter waiting for the drink, I saw a staff person put the ice in the blender and walk away. Then a White couple inter and place a order, the staff made there drinks served them while I am still waiting for my drink? I go to the counter and ask where is my drink? OH I'm sorry I thought you had it! REALLY? she gave me the drink and it was watery because used the same ice that had been sitting in the blender! This is just One of the many reasons why some Black people are frustrated and annoyed. Believe it or not Chocolate people have things to do as well!!

Good coffee and food Hanna provided the best customer service! I would recommend after shopping to buy coffee here!?

Everyone is so kind and work incredibly hard to make your drinks the way you ordered. Very helpful and understanding to whatever you need, I was having the worst day and All of the beautiful baristas made it brighter thank you thank you thank you they deserve everything

The staff is so sweet and personal, they can be understaffed and sometimes equipment is broken but that’s not their fault and I appreciate them forever

They are so kind and try hard. Really under appreciated and deserve more
