First time trying out red robins and I have to say it was pretty good! I wish I had one a little closer to me so I could try it more often

Horrible service. Told the hostess we have 8 people to sit, they put us at a 6 top and then proceeded to say that it was a 8 person table. All the while the 7th and 8th chair didn’t even cover half of the end of the table. The manager comes around and proceeds to say the same. I highly doubt that anyone would want to sit at an imaginary half of a table. After waiting for a well over an hour and seeing multiple tables open up to which the could effectively make a true 8 top it appears that basic math and problem solving skills have eluded the employees. Will not return.

I’ll be honest, it had been a while since we’d been bc the last few times have been bad bc there were long waits and not enough staff and everything took forever, and the food suffered because of it. HOWEVER, yesterday we came and were pleasantly surprised to find the whole restaurant open and busy. We were seated quickly despite it being busy and food came out fast. BUT THE BEST part of our visit BY FAR was the exemplary service provided by Stephanie. Her section was busy but she handled it like a breeze, and she was friendly, attentive, fast, and visually present for our whole meal busily working hard the whole time. I never felt like I had to look for her and she anticipated our needs for refills on drinks, full the WHOLE time and bottomless items BEFORE we asked for them! She was kind to us and patient with my 2 kiddos. She is everything you want in a server and it’s nice to know that there are still folks who have strong work ethics and obviously take pride in their work! Amazing job!! We will definitely be back soon!

Wide variety of burgers. Option of some pink or no pink. Order no pink and got some pink.Update: Burger cooked correctly this time and was excellent. Had to wait on utensils for the table as they were out of clean ones.
