Moe's Southwest Grill - Garner

I entered the restaurant and found it to be unclean. We were not greeted by anyone when we arrived. When we tried to place our order, the staff had difficulty hearing us and had to ask us to repeat ourselves. The food looked like it had been sitting out for days and was not served hot. We had to ask a coworker for ice because the ice machine was empty, and they showed us a bucket on the counter with only a little bit of ice in it. The coworker laughed and said they were sorry, but did not know how to refill the ice machine. The counter where lids and other items were kept was also dirty and disorganized. We have visited this restaurant many times in the past and it has always been a pleasant experience, but tonight was a disaster. We will not be returning.

I recently visited Moe's since there is no Chipotle near me. At first glance, I noticed that the salsas and tomatoes looked old, the meat was dried out, and some of the taco dishes were broken. I decided to try the chicken tacos, and the flat grilled one was the best out of the three. However, the other two, adobo and spicy, were old and dry. The shredded lettuce also looked old and yellowed. The highlight of the meal was the unsweetened iced tea.

We waited for 15 minutes as online orders were being prepared. When they finally got to the counter, they were out of the Zilantro-Calc rice and steak. We were told they didn't need to do more at 7:30 a.m. when they closed at 10 a.m. on Saturdays. We ended up leaving without placing an order and decided to take our business to Chipotle instead.

On 2/17 at 1830. the entire night shift was extremely unprofessional. they were not attentive to me or the order of my wife and laugh all the time. all young girls without manage, it is a real bad look for the business! Beyond that we have paid for a big queso and in the horse game and laughed it and never did. the management must hire new people or teach them how to act on a job site.

The resteraunt was fully staffed with at least 6 people. and the tables were dirty, floors were littered with trash and dirty. Employees on there phones and not helping customers. Newly renovated, still a very trashy place. First visit here in over a year.will not return.
