Chick-fil-a - Garner

Warren was working very hard to ensure each customer experienced the best service!!

This location can get real busy. Went through the mobile order drive through lane, gave us our drink and was told to wait at a VIP spot. They must of forgot about us because I probably watch 20 cars behind us pass by before finally getting our order.

BIG Thank You to Jackie had an issue with an order and Jackie showed what customer service and satisfaction is ALL about!! The level of Customer Service and quality of food is what chick-fil-A is know for and 110% the Garner location and Jackie did NOT disappoint

Very busy but fast service. Not disappointed with rush hour lunch with lot of people.

I would absolutely give a 5 start to morning service, but the later it gets in the day, the worse the service and food becomes. The chicken is overly fried, and items are always missing from my order.
