Contribuiți la feedbackI was in line last night April 24, 2024 for about 15 minutes and a young lady came out at 9:01 PM and told the young lady taking orders not to take any more orders! I was the next vehicle in line and there were two vehicles behind me. The young ladies were rejoicing to get off and I understand their youthful excitement to get off. I as a frequent customer at this location, was a little disappointed that the last 3 cars in line before 9:00 PM were denied service. I couldn't see the young lady's name tag in the darkness, and she told me that it was against the law to give me her name which she had on her shirt. The reason that I asked for her name that she was wearing was because when I politely ask for the duty manger, she refused and told me to contact corporate. I she did provide the manger's name! My point is, where has our customer service gotten to when a young lady (teenager) could make a business decision to turn away three customers in-line before closing. (Three).

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They completely left out half my order last week, waited 30 mins for my food this week in a very slow part of the day—probably 10 cars in the line at most. Go to white oak.
This Chick-Fil-A location has the best events. We've done the kids nights and recently the Daddy/Daughter date night. Delightful team of people.
The new drive-thru system is confusing, and it eliminates the use of parking. If you want to eat in the parking area is limited and it is dangerous with the traffic flow.
