Wendy's - Garfield Hts

Long wait, Buns stale. No cheese. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

In line behind the drive through speaker for TEN MINUTES without the car in front of me ordering and when they drove off it was another ten minutes before i could even tell them i had a mobile order.

This location is really slow in the evening. I left because the woman in front of me had no ordered yet and I had been in line for 6 minutes and the people in the kitchen could see the look on my face and were starting to chatter. I didn't want them to do something to my food.

5 workers going on their 15 minute break? I go to the drive through and the speaker a guy goes “ we’re on our 15 minutes so you have to wait “ so I wait and he comes back and says “you can’t wait here” ???? Come on and this wendys this specific location is very slow and has rude employees

I got a fish sandwich the bottom bun was so hard I could knock somebody out with it and I took it right back to them so the person that made it they knew that bun was too hard at the bottom poor service I won't ever go there
