Got there pizza was just being put in portal und es war Fresh Delicioso

An order by 4p should be made at 431p. They did not start the order u til I went in the store at 424p talking about the screen must have been out.

I love the thin crust pizzas. I can also order from the app and pick up instore vs wait in the car line.

This situation was closed to manage traffic. The only way to get a pizza was on the drive up window. I thought it wasn't a problem with hot and finished pizzas and everyone. There were four cars in front of me and I waited for about 45 minutes. I tried to pay with cash, but they only accepted an exact change or a card. I would have been heated if I had no card with me. I'm thinking something happened to the staff to prevent the store being open, but the food was good. The service was friendly and my pizza was hot and ready. I'm not sure what the uprising was before me and the waiting was crazy, but under certain circumstances I can't blow it.

By far one the worst locations I?ve ever been to. Multiple occasions of unprofessionalism, bad customer service. Very rarely does an order get executed with promptness. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired. No oversight whatsoever.
