Dunkin' - Garfield Heights

I meet an old friend here every Tuesday. The coffee is fantastic, and the pastries are always fresh. The staff is usually cleaning whenever they have the chance, which is a nice touch. A big shoutout to the friendly manager and team at Garfield Heights!

Ordered my food in the app while in the parking lot, a little after 10 am. Immediately went in asked if they could make bacon extra crispy if possible for my sandwich, to which the lady happily said yes. My food was ready in about 3 minutes all togetherand there were several cars in the drive through. I was amazed at how fast I got it. Thanks for the great food and friendlyservice!

I enjoy having breakfast here three days a week. The morning staff is quick and friendly. While they sometimes chat among themselves, it doesn't impact the speed of service. However, I went there tonight around 8:30 PM, and although they were talking and laughing—which is fine—my order got mixed up. I ended up sitting there while they argued about something. Eventually, the person at the window noticed I was still waiting and handed me my food. I'll keep coming here, but I think I'll avoid the evening shifts for now.

They are always out of everything for some reason. The drinks aren?t consistently made by all of the employees- which is annoying, because it?s not like you have time to go back thru to get it more or less sweet. But the employees DO work hard, arefriendly most of the time I usually tip up to $1 because of this.

I placed a substantial order consisting of twenty to-go coffee boxes and over twenty dozen donuts, which needed to be organized for five different delivery locations. The manager handled everything smoothly, from gathering the order to confirming it and coordinating the staff. I was very impressed and grateful for their excellent service.
