Mcdonald's - Gardnertown

Today 06/23/22 around 10:48am I was at the drive-thru, ordering my food and all of sudden my car broke down on me. I couldn't move my car or I couldn't take out my key on the ignition. 4 lovely employees came out and check up on me, but my car finally turned on, I backed up and went to park my car. They were so sweet and so kind they asked me if I was okay, and asked me if I needed help. Then one of the employee came out and gave me my order and told me it was on the house <3 You guys made my day! I appreciate you guys so much!!! <33 and I also called and told them my car is parked in their parking lot and the lovely lady was so sweet and told they were going to keep an eye on it. Thank you guys so much!!

I think the food here is prepared better than other locations. Just the right amount of ingredients and the french fries are cooked so they are crispy. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I don't know, if it was me or not.....but I haven't had a burger that Good (BIG MAC) in a long time. The bread was fluffy and the meat was perfect.

Always polite and as fast as possible, these people work incredibly hard yet still manage a smile pretty often, sign of good management.

It probably seems crazy to review a McDonald's- you pretty much know what you're getting when you go there. However, the employees there are absolutely wonderful and it's worth noting. I have lived near this particular McDonald's for years and there must be some amazing leadership or training going on there, or they just know how to hire fantastic people, because the employees there should be commended. You are greeted with a smile and kind words even when the place is busy. They treat you like they actually value your patronage and are happy to see you when you receive your order. They interact with customers with warmth and good humor and it's why you want to keep coming back to this one, even when there are two other McDonald's within minutes of here.
