For me tofu is a food that must be really well prepared. sometimes an ingredient can come past fresh or correct seasoning, but I prefer exactly what this dish has offered, a crispy outer and the support of a silky, tasteful sauce. Nice.

Only space for prime beef. there is absolutely nothing mediocre about this place (if you read the previous reviews, they are obviously out of their element.) this is the only restaurant in the mid-Hudson area (except nyc) to use prime beef . most places have only the choice (which is a less tariff.) the limited menu offers diners the possibility to have the best ingredients at an affordable price. service is always on the site, but then again, I treat server with respect and I am generally satisfied to get this respect back. they offer great suggestions and have a great atmosphere and who did not want to drink at the bar!

Even during a repair condition, the tuthillhouse was charming, courteous, tasty and worth a visit. we were fed well and enjoyed the segue from work week to weekend.
