Which McDonald's? The staff member who asked me for my order was too preoccupied with chatting to get it right. My hot chocolate was cold and watered down, my cinnamon roll was hard, and I couldn't even voice my concerns in the survey because the printer was out of ink and couldn't print the numbers on the other side. It's no surprise that this location was empty compared to the other McDonald's nearby.

The drive-thru is typically quick, the meals are served hot and accurate, and the service is friendly.
